Perception.

What is your response when asked if the glass is half full or half empty? Is it easier for you to see the good in situations? Or are you quick to point out the bad? A few years ago, I challenged myself to find 3 things I was grateful for each day for 30 days. This challenge helped me to search for the good in every situation. After doing the grateful challenge, I can confidently say I am now mostly a glass-half-full type of girl! But what about those moments that you literally can't see it?

Our awareness often determines our experience…and although we may not always understand why certain things happen, we can choose how we perceive what’s happening around us. When going through tough times and challenging situations, we must remember that God is our provider, and He sees to our needs, physically, emotionally, and mentally. Did you know that Jehovah Jireh also means Yahweh Sees? That is mind-blowing!!! When you feel like what you need is so far away please remember this truth and find rest in the fact that Yahweh sees YOU. This is seen clearly in Genesis 22 when Abraham was tested and asked to sacrifice his one and only son. Abraham made preparation to do what he was asked to do, and in the midst of his obedience, God showed up and provided an alternative sacrifice!

The powerful revelation of the providence of God is that as He sees to it, He will be seen.

What has the Lord seen to in your life that has allowed you to see Him? Feel free to comment below, we want to hear from YOU!
